This is because they feel welcome in a space where they are free to explore and approach works without feeling intimidated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the entrance to the Museum, you can always find free activities that children can do on their own, such as<strong> &#8220;Museum animals&#8221;<\/strong>, where they can explore our rooms and discover the most &#8220;animalistic&#8221; sculptures. The <strong>&#8220;Objects in hand&#8221;<\/strong> sheet is available for the Design collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2 euros you can buy a <strong>blindfold <\/strong>for an entirely tactile visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paid activities with operators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide special guided <strong>activities for a minimum of 10 people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stories to touch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Museo Omero, you can find special books to read with your eyes and hands, which tell true, unique, original stories. You can create a real family history in our workshop.<br>You will be provided with a large bound book where the whole family can plan their story together then cut and paste shared memories.<br>For families with <strong>children aged 4 to 9 years<\/strong>.<br><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fingerprints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This activity features clay, the most versatile material that nature has created. You will discover contemporary works of art in our collection that are made of this material.<br>In the workshop, participants will press, squeeze, pinch and ball the clay to make fun pictures to hang up in the house.<br>For families with <strong>children aged 4 to 9 years<\/strong>.<br><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Museum moles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A unique experience, where the whole family can enjoy discovering how much their hands can actually see; the participants will be invited to touch a contemporary art sculpture while blindfolded. Afterwards, the family will combine their ideas, sensations and emotions then work together to make a drawing of the sculpture.<br>For families with <strong>children aged 9 and over<\/strong>.<br><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 1 hour and 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mini ceramics course<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>three-part course <\/strong>on clay and its transformations.<br>What is clay? What are its characteristics?<br>Hardworking hands will transform water and earth into real objects, using hand modelling and the potter&#8217;s wheel. The objects will then be fired and glazed.<br><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 2 hours for each meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bookings and costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Family activities must be booked.
