In this hot summer, our 24th, August, edition of Aesthesis is entirely dedicated to enjoyable and seasonally relaxing themes.
There are three articles: innovative libraries using unexpected solutions, an affectionate, admiring commemoration of the only Italian woman to have won the Nobel Prize for literature and, finally, a new opportunity for visually handicapped people to access a Faculty of Architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabio Fornasari<\/a><\/strong>, an architect who is also the designer and curator of the Museo Omero’s Collezione design, has recently opened the LIQUID LABSALABORSA LAB, a strange Library in Bologna. It aims to promote socialization through the diffusion of culture. So, not only specific spaces but also assumption of responsibility, attention to the public, regard for public relations, for the neighbourhood, for the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next is an article by Gabriella Papini<\/a> <\/strong>about an event she attended in honour of Grazia Deledda. It was held by the UIC of Sardinia and featured in-depth studies of her texts which were accessible in six different forms of language or reading, from Braille to Voice Synthesis to LIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Micaela Antonucci<\/a><\/strong> of the University of Bologna affirms and confirms how universal access to every Faculty involved with the visual arts is both realistic and practicable. Not hypotheses but certainties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
