Signs, reality and interpretation&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The events are taking place in Rome, at the Firenze Palace, in Piazza di Firenze Square, starting from the 23rd of June 2026. <\/p>\n\n<p>The opening conference will be held on June 23 at 5:30 PM, followed by the vernissage of the exhibition. The exhibition will be open to the public from <strong>June 24 to July 26<\/strong>, with the following opening hours: monday &#8211; friday 10 am to 6 pm, saturdays and sundays from 5 pm to 9.30 pm.<\/p>\n\n<p>The display features first-edition books, manuscripts, and typescripts with handwritten notes, alongside photographs, letters, drawings, and audiovisual materials sourced from major documentary archives. Divided into five sections, the exhibition offers a reflection on key aspects of Umberto Eco&#8217;s work and intellectual journey.<\/p>\n\n<p>Designed with inclusivity in mind, the exhibition layout features<strong> two models on loan from the Omero Museum<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A scale model replicating the labyrinth-library of the fortress where the movie The Name of the Rose was set.
