The works have advanced to the second stage of evaluation, which includes a further assessment by the Selection Committee and a digital exhibition on the Museo Omero website, accompanied by audio descriptions created by the artists.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of <strong>the first stage of selection<\/strong>, the <strong>Selection Committee<\/strong> identified three projects distinguished by a strong and original multisensory dimension and a thoughtful, innovative use of contemporary artistic languages, in line with the aims of the Premio Omero and the criteria established in the call for entries.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The finalist works, listed in alphabetical order by artist, are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lucia Cappellazzi, <strong>Questo \u00e8 un orto!<\/strong> (This Is a Vegetable Garden!) (2026), an installation consisting of 120 ceramic pots, overall dimensions: 20 \u00d7 400 \u00d7 200 cm.<br\/>The work, composed of ceramic pots, offers an original interpretation of how imperfections and differences can represent value and a resource, inviting deeper reflection on the concept of inclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ramona Ponzini, <strong>\u00c9-temen-an-ki<\/strong> (2025), a multichannel sound installation, variable dimensions.<br\/>The work explores communication and the origins of language, drawing inspiration from the myth of the Tower of Babel and innovatively blending the artist\u2019s own voice with AI-generated voices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paolo Puddu, <strong>Personne<\/strong> (2026), installazione composta da bandiere in tessuto, dimensioni variabili.<br\/>L\u2019opera rievoca in modo metaforico elementi naturali come cielo, nuvole e vento, associando alla mobilit\u00e0 delle bandiere testi di natura poetica incisi in Braille, configurandosi come un dispositivo multisensoriale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Premio Omero was established with the aim of identifying and promoting <strong>original artistic proposals<\/strong> that broaden access to cultural experiences through multisensory engagement, while contributing in innovative ways to the enrichment of the Museo Omero collection.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A project that places contemporary <strong>artistic research<\/strong> and the <strong>active engagement of the senses<\/strong> \u2013 from touch to sound, from spatial perception to listening \u2013 at its core, as tools for knowledge, emotion and participation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The three works advancing to the second stage of evaluation have been selected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[184],"tags":[2189,2280],"class_list":["post-44514","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-updates","tag-direzione-generale-creativita-contemporanea","tag-museo-tattile-statale-omero"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
