Mole Vanvitelliana
The Mole is an eighteenth-century structure designed on the water by Luigi Vanvitelli and today connected to the mainland by three bridges.
There are two entrances to the Mole: the main one can be reached by following the Dogana (Customs) signs and is located near Porta Pia; the other, in the Mandracchio area, is marked by the large gate and by the sculpture Cavallo rosso by Mimmo Paladino.
Visitors with mobility difficulties may enter the Mole Vanvitelliana by car, where three parking spaces are reserved for vehicles authorized to transport people with disabilities.
For further assistance, please contact the custodian service at +39 333 61 66 898 (Ancona Servizi).
The courtyard of the Mole has a cobblestone surface, but it is fully accessible to wheelchairs.
Museo Omero – exhibition rooms

The entire exhibition itinerary, spread over three levels, is accessible thanks to the lifts.
