Art at the Rocca

Porzione della statua Busto di Ares Borghese

From 21 September 31 October 2024.
Fano, Rocca Malatestiana, Exhibition Hall.
Free admission.

The summer at the Rocca Malatestiana of Fano was dedicated to art, featuring exhibitions, installations, and two events focused on sculpture and artistic accessibility, including the exhibition "Gli sguardi di Omero," which offered the public the opportunity to engage with art through touch and multisensory experiences.

Starting on 21 September the exhibition "Arte alla Rocca" will be on display. The exhibition will feature copies of sculptures and original works from the traveling section "Beauty and Accessibility" of the Omero State Tactile Museum.

The traveling section, launched in 2012 with the support of Arcus SPA at the time, aims to promote a tactile and multisensory approach to art, advocating for the concept of "Culture Without Barriers" both nationally and internationally. This project enables blind and visually impaired individuals to engage with art through touch, making the artistic experience accessible to all.

The exhibition at the Rocca in Fano offers a unique opportunity to learn about the work of the Omero Museum and to experience a new way of enjoying art.
