On Saturday, June 27 at 7:00 PM, the exhibition space for the international poetry festival La Punta della Lingua will be inaugurated in the presence of Marta Paraventi, the Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Ancona. For this 21st edition, the festival also features a collaboration with our Museum.
The space comprises three different exhibitions and installations.
Exhibition Super Pignotti
Curated by Giulio Segato and Andrea Balietti, this exhibition pays tribute to the doyen of the neo-avant-garde, Lamberto Pignotti, on the occasion of his 100th birthday, coinciding with the major exhibition currently underway at the Mart in Rovereto.
The exhibition showcases a selection of his verbal-visual works, bringing together those exhibited at the Rubber Gallery in Recanati and the "100 Pignotti" exhibition organized by the University of Urbino.
The Museum has helped make the exhibition accessible by providing raised-line translations of selected verbal-visual works, Braille texts, audiopens for listening to audio descriptions, and the loan of the artwork "Touch poem."
Saturday, June 27 at 7:30 PM: A performance based on Amenitalia, a collage-novel written by Pignotti in the 1970s that remained unpublished for over half a century, now finally published by Argolibri.
Exhibition The Healing Word - Manuscripts and Paintings
This exhibition gathers writings and paintings by the participants of the "Discovering Oneself" (Alla scoperta di Sé) writing workshop, organized by Nie Wiem as part of the fourth edition of "The Healing Word" project.
Curated by Valerio Cuccaroni, the project is supported by the Third Mission of the University of Urbino and the Sollievo project by Cooperativa Ludus, the Municipality of Ancona, and the Marche Region, in collaboration with the Mental Health Center of Ancona.
